Instructions
- 1

Soften the butter at room temperature until it can be easily spread with a spatula. Prepare the other ingredients.
- 2

Add powdered sugar, mix evenly, and beat until smooth.
- 3

Add the egg whites in 4-5 batches, beating until smooth. Drizzle in the vanilla extract and mix well.
- 4

Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- 5

Divide the prepared butter mixture into 3 portions, about 130 grams each. Sift in the corresponding flour for each portion.
- 6

Beat the eggs or mix them with a spatula until well combined, with no dry powder, smooth in texture.
- 7

Matcha and cocoa are handled in the same way.
- 8

Put into a piping bag. Cut the piping bag with a flat tip (not too large), or use a round piping tip.
- 9

Preheat the convection oven to 180 degrees, and evenly pipe into the baking tray. Make 8-centimeter-long strips.
- 10

Place into the preheated air oven, 180 degrees, bake for 12-15 minutes.
- 11

After it comes out of the oven and cools down, you can just seal it for storage!
