This site is an online recipe community offering recipe browsing, search and publishing, paid recipe unlocking, community features, as well as advertising slots, time slots and keyword promotion. Content on this site (recipes, images, comments) is for cooking reference and information sharing only and does not constitute professional nutrition, medical or food-safety advice.

2. Accounts & Security

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password and verification emails safe
• You are responsible for all activity under your account; report any unauthorized use immediately
• Users under 18 should use this site under guardian supervision
• For accounts violating these Terms, we may issue warnings, restrict features, or suspend the account

3. Paid Recipes (Digital Content)

• Paid recipes are digital content. Access is unlocked immediately after successful payment and remains available long-term
• You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your own non-commercial use only; you may not copy, redistribute, resell or publicly share the content, or use it to train AI models
• Payments are processed by Paddle (Merchant of Record); the price and taxes shown at checkout prevail
• Please review the recipe summary and price before paying. Refund rules are described on the Refund Policy page

4. Advertising & Keyword Purchases

• Requests for ad slots, time slots and keywords are subject to admin review and take effect after approval and payment
• Ad creatives and landing pages must be truthful and lawful, without infringement, false claims, fraud or prohibited content; we may review, reject or take down any material or link
• We make no guarantee of advertising performance (impressions, clicks or conversions); except as otherwise agreed, consumed advertising fees are non-refundable
• Keyword links point to external content maintained by advertisers; this site is not responsible for that content

5. User Content & Conduct

• You are responsible for content you publish (recipes, images, comments) and warrant that you hold the necessary rights
• You retain ownership of your content and grant this site a free license to store, display and promote it as needed to operate the service
• Illegal, infringing, false, spam or offensive content is prohibited; bulk scraping of site data without authorization is prohibited
• We may edit, hide or remove violating content without notice and take action on related accounts

6. Recipe, Health & Safety Notice

• Ingredients, quantities, heat levels and cooking times are reference values; adjust them based on your ingredients, equipment and situation
• Assess allergy risks yourself and follow food-safety practices. For special dietary needs (pregnancy, infants, chronic conditions), consult professionals first

7. Intellectual Property

• The site's design, features, technology, trademarks and curated compilations are legally protected; mirroring, scraping or commercial use without permission is prohibited
