Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid recipe content ("Digital Goods") purchased on this site. Payments are processed by Paddle (Merchant of Record); your billing statement may show the charge as Paddle.

Refund Eligibility

A full refund may be requested when:

The purchased content is inaccessible or not delivered within 14 days of purchase
The content materially differs from its description
You were accidentally charged more than once for the same recipe

Digital Goods & Right of Withdrawal Notice

Paid recipes are digital content delivered immediately after payment. Once the content has been accessed or unlocked, purchases are generally non-refundable, except for the cases above. Please review the recipe details and price before purchasing. By purchasing, you consent to immediate delivery; if you reside in a jurisdiction granting consumers a right of withdrawal, you also agree to waive that right once delivery begins.

How to Request a Refund

Submit a request via the Contact page within the refund window
Include your account email, the recipe title, and the transaction ID from your payment receipt
Briefly describe the reason for your request

Processing Time

Approved refunds are submitted through Paddle and are typically returned to the original payment method within 7 business days; posting time depends on your payment provider.

Cases Generally Not Refundable

Regular purchases where the content was accessed and shows no quality issue
Requests caused by not reading the recipe description or buying a similarly named recipe by mistake (contact us and we will try to help)
Ad slot, time slot and keyword fees that have started serving and are agreed to be non-refundable (see Terms of Service)

Refund Abuse

Accounts showing repeated purchase-and-refund patterns may have purchasing privileges restricted.
