
Beef Steak Rice Bowl
Butter-seared beef slices, pounded tender and marinated for two hours, rest on a bed of steaming rice. A rich sauce of onion, tomato, black pepper, and char siu glaze soaks in, topped with vegetables for a hearty bowl.
Instructions

Clean the beef slices and drain off the water.

Use the back of a knife to pound both sides of the beef slices until tender.

Add shredded ginger, cooking wine, cornstarch, a little salt, and a little cooking oil, and mix evenly. Marinate for 2 hours.

After the frying pan is hot, add the butter slices to melt.

Place the marinated beef slices in the pan and cook over low heat until both sides are golden, about 80-90% done.

Scoop some good rice 🍚, place the steak on top, pour the cooked sauce over it, and enjoy it with vegetables 🍛
