Stir-fried Edamame with Dried Tofu
Edamame and smoked tofu cubes are blanched, then stir-fried with minced pork, garlic sprouts, and peppers in a savory sauce, creating a fragrant, mildly spicy dish that is as satisfying as it is colorful.

Cut the dried tofu into small cubes.

Cut the green and red peppers into small pieces, and mince the garlic.

Cut the garlic sprouts into sections.

Add the edamame to boiling water and cook for 2 minutes.

Pour in the dried tofu and blanch for half a minute.

Scoop out and drain for later use.

Prepare the sauce: light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, a little salt, sugar, and half a small bowl of water, then mix well.
