
Stir-Fried Beef with Mixed Vegetables
Silky velveted beef strips are seared, then tossed with baby cabbage shoots, carrot, tangy pickled greens, and onion in oyster-sauce glaze. Colorful, crunchy, and savory, wonderful spooned into pancakes or over steamed rice.

Cut the beef tenderloin into strips, add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, and water-starch mixture, mix evenly, then add a spoonful of oil, mix well, and let sit for 10 minutes.

Cut the baby cabbage into shreds.

Shred the carrots and sauerkraut.

Slice the onion and cut the green onions into sections.

Heat oil in a pan, add the shredded beef and stir-fry until the color changes, then remove it.

Leave some oil in the pan, add the white part of the green onion, sliced onion, and shredded carrot, and stir-fry.
