Exclusive Garlic Pork Knuckle
Pork knuckles are coated in a punchy marinade of fried garlic, shallots, oyster sauce, and soy, then slow-cooked in a rice cooker over scallions until irresistibly tender, gelatinous, and infused with mellow roasted garlic aroma.
Instructions
- 1
Put the pig's trotters in cold water and blanch to remove the blood, then rinse clean.
- 2
Finely chop the garlic and shallots and set aside.
- 3
Drizzle hot oil over the chopped garlic and shallots to bring out their fragrance.
- 4
Add an appropriate amount of oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and salt.
- 5
Stir evenly.
- 6
Dry the washed pig trotters and put them into a bowl.
- 7

- 8
