Ingredients: Clams (washed), sea bass (cleaned), white river shrimp (beard removed and washed), salted pork (washed, sliced, and soaked in clean water for 30 minutes), Lei bamboo shoots (peeled and cleaned), ginger slices.

Place the bamboo shoots on the cutting board and cut them into rolling knife pieces.

Then, put the cut bamboo shoots into a pot of clear water, blanch them, and remove.

Heat oil in a pan until hot, then add the sea bass and sear both sides briefly.

Next, add the salted meat, put in the ginger slices, and add an appropriate amount of cooking wine.

Add an appropriate amount of boiling water.

Then add the chopped bamboo shoots and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes.
