Stir-Fried Shrimp with Bell Peppers and Bamboo Shoots Exclusive
Plump shrimp, sweet bell pepper chunks, and tender bamboo shoot slices are blanched, then flash-fried with just soy and salt. Light and clean-tasting, this Jiangnan-style stir-fry celebrates spring bamboo with delicate seafood sweetness.

Ingredients: whip bamboo shoots, bell peppers, shrimp (cleaned).

Add an appropriate amount of cooking wine to the shrimp.

Mix well.

Remove the stems and seeds from the chili peppers, peel the bamboo shoots, wash both ingredients thoroughly, and then take them out.

Place the bamboo shoots on the cutting board and slice them, and cut the bell pepper into pieces.

Blanch the cut bamboo shoots in a pot of clear water for 5–6 minutes, then remove them.
