
Braised Tofu with Wood Ear Mushrooms and Chicken Breast
Lean chicken breast strips, wood ear mushrooms, and firm tofu simmer together with garlic scapes in a light soy broth. Wholesome and protein-rich, the dish offers chewy fungi, silky tofu, and tender meat in every spoonful.

Cut the old tofu into small pieces.

Cut the garlic sprouts into sections and set aside.

Soak the dried wood ear mushrooms, wash them clean, and set aside.

Cut the chicken breast into strips, marinate with a little cornstarch and light soy sauce for 15 minutes.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan, and stir-fry the stems of the garlic sprouts until fragrant.

Then add the chicken breast and stir-fry for a bit.

Then add the wood ear mushrooms and garlic scape leaves, and continue stir-frying.

Then add the old tofu.

Sprinkle in salt and chicken powder.

Also add some pepper and stir-fry it for a bit.

Finally, drizzle in the light soy sauce, stir evenly, then pour in a bowl of water and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
