Prepare the ingredients.

After blanching the pig's trotters, rinse them and put them into the pot, then add all the seasonings one by one.

Then pour in two large bowls of water, enough to cover the pig's feet.

Turn the heat to high and bring to a boil.

Then cut the ginger into pieces and add it to the pot, simmer over low heat for an hour and a half until the pig's feet are tender.

Then turn the heat to high to reduce the sauce, and it's ready to serve.
