Exclusive Teriyaki Pork Chop
Pork chops are pan-fried until golden, then glazed with a glossy teriyaki sauce of soy, mirin and sugar. Sweet, savoury and caramelised at the edges, the tender cutlets pair perfectly with steamed rice.

Add an appropriate amount of cornstarch.

Mix and marinate evenly until flavorful.
