Stir-fried Pork Belly with Red Peppers

Pork belly slices render until golden, then meet fiery red chilies and fermented black beans in a twice-cooked style stir-fry. Smoky, salty and confidently spicy, this hearty dish demands a big bowl of steamed rice beside it.

    Put the pork belly with skin into the pot and cook for 15 minutes.
