Braised Beef

Braised Beef

Beef braises with hawthorn, black cardamom and a bundled spice mix until the chunks turn fork-tender in deep mahogany broth. The hawthorn speeds tenderizing while adding subtle tang, a classic slow-cooked dish over rice or noodles.
