Add a little flour to the purchased beef short ribs, rub repeatedly, and rinse clean.

Bring the water in the pot to a boil, add cooking wine, and blanch the sections of green onion.

Prepare the seasonings: Sichuan peppercorns, star anise, cinnamon, and dried red chilies.
