Braised Tofu Stuffed with Mushrooms
Mushrooms, tomato sauce and stuffed tofu simmer together in a gentle braise where the tofu pockets drink up sweet-savory juices. Earthy mushrooms round out the dish, a comforting one-pan meal that satisfies vegetarians and meat eaters alike.

Pan-fry until both sides are fragrant, then remove and set aside.
- 6

Then stir-fry the mushrooms and tomatoes.
- 7

Add an appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry until the juices come out.
