Exclusive Stir-Fried Celery with Black Fungus and Water Bamboo Shoots

Ingredients: celery, water bamboo shoots (peeled and cleaned), black fungus (soaked in advance and cleaned).

Remove the leaves and roots of the celery, wash it, and then take it out.

Place it on the cutting board and cut it into sections.

Place the water bamboo shoots on the cutting board and cut them into shreds, and also cut the black fungus into shreds.

Next, put the chopped water bamboo shoots and black fungus into boiling water and blanch for 2 minutes, then take them out.

Heat oil in a pan, add the blanched black fungus and water bamboo shoots, then stir-fry with an appropriate amount of soy sauce.
