Exclusive Tomato Sauce Fried Egg
Crisp-edged fried eggs are simmered in a bright tomato sauce until the whites soak up the sweet-tart juices. Simple, thrifty and deeply satisfying, the dish pairs velvety yolks with a garlicky, tangy sauce that begs for rice.
