Garlic Pork Ribs
Pork ribs are marinated with masses of minced garlic, fried until deep golden and shatteringly crisp outside. Juicy within and coated in nutty, roasted garlic fragrance, they disappear straight off the plate.
Instructions
- 1

Thaw the pork ribs and put them into a large bowl. Add enough clean water to cover them, then add 1/2 tablespoon of salt, mix well, and soak for 30–60 minutes. After that, rinse with water.
- 2

Pat dry with kitchen paper, then add the marinating ingredients;
- 3

Knead evenly by hand, and let it sit for 30 minutes;
- 4

Chop 8 cloves of garlic.
- 5

Add 1/2 cup of bread crumbs and mix well;
- 6

After the marinating time is up, heat the oil in a pan, turn the heat to high first, heat the oil, place the ribs with the meat side down, then reduce to low heat and fry until golden yellow;
- 7

Flip it over and fry again until golden yellow, then take it out;
- 8

Heat the oil, add the spare ribs, and fry until a deeper golden color, then remove and set aside.
- 9

Bring to a boil, reduce to low heat, add the sautéed ingredients, sprinkle in 1/2 teaspoon of fine salt, and keep stirring;
- 10

Stir-fry until you smell the garlic and the color turns light yellow;
- 11

Turn off the heat, add the ribs, stir evenly, and it's ready to serve. Enjoy!
