Preparation method: Wash the chicken drumsticks and set aside.
- 3

Boil a pot of water and pour it over the chicken drumsticks. This will make the chicken skin firmer and easier to color and season. After scalding for a while, pour out the water.
- 4

Pierce the chicken drumsticks all over with toothpicks, add an appropriate amount of salt, kiln chicken powder, green onion, ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and a little white sugar, evenly coat with the seasoning, and marinate until flavorful.
- 5

Marinate for 3 hours to enhance the flavor.
- 6

Rub a little sesame oil on the bottom of the electric pressure cooker, and add an appropriate amount of scallions and ginger.
- 7

Add an appropriate amount of green onions and a piece of dried tangerine peel.
- 8

Put in the chicken thighs, and pour the sauce into the pot as well.
- 9

Press the chicken button, and take it out when the time is up.
- 10

The kiln-roasted chicken leg is taken out of the pot, sprinkled with an appropriate amount of kiln chicken dipping sauce, filling the room with fragrance, and the meat is fresh and delicious.
