Exclusive kiln-roasted chicken drumsticks

Chicken drumsticks are marinated, wrapped and slow-cooked in the residual heat of a kiln or pot until smoky, fall-apart tender. Rustic and aromatic, the ancient cooking method keeps the meat unbelievably juicy.

Boil a pot of water and pour it over the chicken drumsticks. This will make the chicken skin firmer and easier to color and season. After scalding for a while, pour out the water.

Pierce the chicken drumsticks all over with toothpicks, add an appropriate amount of salt, kiln chicken powder, green onion, ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and a little white sugar, evenly coat with the seasoning, and marinate until flavorful.
