叉烧酱牛肉
A beef cut is massaged with char siu sauce, pricked for deep flavor, and slow-cooked in a rice cooker until glossy and caramelized. Sweet-savory slices with barely any fuss.
Instructions
- 1

First, prepare a piece of fresh beef, wash it, and pat it dry.
- 2

Pour the char siu sauce over the meat and rub it thoroughly with your hands, making sure each piece of meat is evenly coated.
- 3

Poke the meat with a toothpick to let it absorb more flavor. Marinate for six hours.
- 4

Place the sliced ginger at the bottom of the rice cooker.
- 5

Add the beef, cover with the rice cooker lid, and select the cook rice function.
- 6

After cooking, flip it over and continue to choose the rice cooking function.
- 7

After cooling, place it on a plate and pour the remaining sauce over it. The delicious char siu sauce beef is ready. Isn't it very simple?
