Korean-style chicken feet
Chicken feet are braised in a fiery, sticky Korean-style glaze of gochujang, garlic and soy until glossy and tender. Sweet-heat, chewy and glazed finger-licking good, they are a beloved late-night snack.
Instructions
- 1

Wash the chicken feet and trim off the nails.
- 2

Put ginger, scallions, and cooking wine in cold water, bring to a boil, and skim off the foam.
- 3

Take a small bowl, add 3 tablespoons of Korean chili paste, 2 tablespoons of ketchup, 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce, half a tablespoon of dark soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of sugar, and mix well.
- 4

Put oil in the pan and heat it, then add the garlic pieces.
- 5

Add the chicken feet and stir-fry.
- 6

Pour in all the sauce, add an appropriate amount of salt, and add a little water to simmer.
- 7

Cook for about twenty minutes until tender, then remove and add white sesame seeds before serving.
