Exclusive Satay Fatty Lamb Rolls
Thin-sliced fatty lamb rolls tumble with golden tofu, enoki mushrooms, and sweet onion in a savory shacha sauce base, an umami-packed, satay-aromatic one-pan meal best finished by soaking up every last drop of sauce.

Wash the onion and chop it finely for later use.

Defrost the lamb slices in advance and set aside.

Cut the tofu into pieces.

Trim the roots off the enoki mushrooms and wash them clean.

Add shacha sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and chicken essence to the bowl.

Add an appropriate amount of water and stir well to set aside.

Heat oil in the pan and add the tofu.

Pan-fry until both sides are golden brown and remove from the pan.
