Stir-fried Shanghai greens with black fungus

Baby bok choy and slippery black fungus are flash-fried with garlic in a clean, light sauce. The greens stay crisp and milky-sweet while the fungus adds springy contrast, making a refreshing, wholesome stir-fry.
