Egg net yuan scallion

Sweet onion slices are stir-fried until just tender, then crowned with thin golden egg crepes, one laid over the dish and the other cut into strips woven across like a net. Playful, homey and full of charm.

    Add an appropriate amount of cooking oil to the pot, pour the coarsely shredded onion into the pot, add an appropriate amount of salt, and stir-fry quickly.

    Place the sautéed onions on a plate (do not cook the onions until too soft).

    Beat two eggs, add a little salt and mix well. Put a little oil in the pan, pour half of the egg mixture into the pan, and fry over low heat to make an omelet.
