Egg net yuan scallion
Sweet onion slices are stir-fried until just tender, then crowned with thin golden egg crepes, one laid over the dish and the other cut into strips woven across like a net. Playful, homey and full of charm.
Instructions
- 1

Add an appropriate amount of cooking oil to the pot, pour the coarsely shredded onion into the pot, add an appropriate amount of salt, and stir-fry quickly.
- 2

Place the sautéed onions on a plate (do not cook the onions until too soft).
- 3

Beat two eggs, add a little salt and mix well. Put a little oil in the pan, pour half of the egg mixture into the pan, and fry over low heat to make an omelet.
- 4

Gently flip it over.
- 5

Just cover the onion dish with the omelette.
- 6

Another omelet is cooked and cut into even strips, placed on the onion dish. Doesn't it look very creative and appetizing?
