Stir-Fried Shrimp with Green Peppers and Wild Rice Stem Exclusive

Ingredients: Wild rice shoots (peeled and cleaned), green peppers (stemmed, deseeded, and cleaned), shrimp (cleaned).

Place the green peppers on the cutting board and cut them into pieces, and slice the water bamboo shoots.

Place the shrimp on the cutting board and cut along the back to remove the vein.

Put it into a bowl and add an appropriate amount of cooking wine.
