
Stir-fried Shrimp with Cucumber

Frozen raw South American white shrimp, set aside.

Peel and devein the shrimp, wash them thoroughly, place them on a plate, drizzle a little cooking wine, mix well, and let them marinate for a while.

Wash the cucumber thoroughly, cut it into small cubes, and set aside.

Cooked corn kernels and peas, set aside.

Chop the garlic finely and set aside.

Pour a little oil into the pan, add the shrimp and stir-fry until they change color, then add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Next, add the diced cucumber, cooked peas, and cooked corn kernels, season with a little salt and white pepper, and stir-fry for a short while before serving.
