Stir-fried celery with meat
Thin pork slices are stir-fried with crisp Chinese celery in a simple soy glaze. The celery keeps its refreshing crunch and fragrance while the meat stays tender, making a light, savoury dish that goes with any meal.
Instructions
- 1

Slice the pork, not too thin, about the thickness of a coin.
- 2

Clean the celery leaves, then cut the celery and blanch it in boiling water for 3 minutes.
- 3

Put oil in the pot, stir-fry the pork first, then add the celery, add seasonings and your preferred garlic and green onions, and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- 4

The finished product is ready to eat.
