Clean the pork stomach thoroughly, cook it until done, and cut into strips (the recipe for braising or boiling pork stomach has been shared before).

Remove the seeds from the thin-skinned green peppers, wash them, and cut them into thick strips. Slice the ginger and garlic.

Heat the pan without oil, add oil, then put in ginger, garlic, and green peppers and stir-fry evenly.

Add the pork stomach, season with salt, cooking wine, and light soy sauce, and stir-fry evenly.
