Take 3 pieces of white fermented bean curd and put them in a bowl.

Next, crush it with a spoon.

Remove the roots from the spinach, wash it clean, and take it out.

Place it on the cutting board and cut it open.

Then, add an appropriate amount of salt to the clear water.
