Stir-fried seasonal vegetables

Whatever is freshest at the market, be it greens, peppers or mushrooms, is sliced and flash-fried with garlic and a splash of light soy. Simple, colourful and deeply satisfying, it keeps each vegetable crisp-tender.

    Cut the tomatoes into cubes.

    Add an appropriate amount of cooking oil to the pan, and first sauté the diced onion.
