A suitable amount of loofah, washed and set aside.

Peel the loofah and set it aside.

Cut the loofah into small pieces and set aside.

Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pan, bring to a boil, beat the eggs, pour the egg mixture into the pan, fry until cooked, and set aside.
