Stir-fried Thousand-Layer Tofu with Pickled Vegetables and Edamame - Exclusive

Tangy pickled greens, bright edamame, and silky strips of tofu skin come together in a fast, briny stir-fry, each element keeping its bite while soaking up the salty, fermented goodness.

    Ingredients: edamame, thick tofu skin, pickled vegetables (washed).

    Shell the edamame and wash them clean.

    Place the sheets of tofu skin on the cutting board and cut them open, and chop the pickled vegetables.
