Ingredients: edamame, thick tofu skin, pickled vegetables (washed).

Shell the edamame and wash them clean.

Place the sheets of tofu skin on the cutting board and cut them open, and chop the pickled vegetables.

Heat oil in a wok, then add the edamame and stir-fry.

Next, add the chopped pickles and thick tofu sheets, and add an appropriate amount of water.

Turn and cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
