Braised Spare Ribs with Abalone - Exclusive
Pork ribs are braised low and slow, then joined by plump abalone for the final cooking so the shellfish stays tender. Bone broth enriches the sauce while abalone absorbs its sweetness, a luxurious claypot pairing of land and sea.
