Exclusive Sour Plum Ribs
Blanched pork ribs are simmered about an hour with ginger and tangy sour plum sauce until falling tender, then finished with toasted white sesame. Sticky, sweet and sour glaze clings to every succulent bite.

Blanch the pork ribs in cold water to remove the blood, then wash and set aside.

Wash the ginger and slice it for later use.

Set the sour plum sauce aside for later use.

Heat oil in a pan and add ginger slices to stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the spare ribs and stir-fry evenly.

Add an appropriate amount of oyster sauce and light soy sauce, stir-fry evenly to color.

Add sour plum sauce.

Transfer the ribs into the rice cooker and braise for about 1 hour.
