Exclusive Yellow-Skinned Chicken Wings
Pan fried chicken wings are braised with pitted wampee fruit, rock sugar and soy until the sauce turns sticky and glossy. The citrusy, slightly tart wampee cuts through richness, giving these wings a Lingnan twist.
