Pan-Seared Exclusive Pork Neck
Pork neck is marinated in soy sauces and oyster sauce, coated in a thin starch batter, then slowly seared until deeply golden. Rested and sliced thin, the meat stays juicy inside with a gorgeously caramelized crust.
