Exclusive Braised Pork Ribs
Pork ribs are braised with shiitake mushrooms in a dark soy glaze for nearly an hour until tender, then joined by potatoes and colorful bell peppers. A hearty yellow braised stew with meaty depth and sweet vegetables.

Soak the shiitake mushrooms in cold water until they rehydrate, then clean them.

Put the pork ribs into cold water to blanch and remove the blood, then wash clean.

Heat oil in a pan and add the ribs to stir-fry.

Add an appropriate amount of oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce.

Stir-fry evenly until the color is uniform and the flavors are absorbed.

Add the shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add an appropriate amount of water, cover, and simmer for about 40-60 minutes.

Peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut them into large chunks.

Wash the bell peppers and cut them into pieces.

The ribs are braised until tender and flavorful.

Continue simmering the potatoes over low heat until cooked through, adding a little water halfway through.
