Lotus Leaf Steamed Pork Belly

Pork belly slices coated in seasoned cornmeal are wrapped in lotus leaves and steamed for twenty-five minutes. The fragrant leaves perfume the rich meat while the cornmeal cooks creamy, a classic steamed dish from traditional kitchens.
