Exclusive Dry Pot Pig Trotters
Pig trotters are braised an hour in soy sauces until collagen soft, then finished in a dry pot with sizzling garlic, onion and fragrant hot pot sauce. Sticky, savory, chewy bites built for sharing.

Put the pig's feet into cold water to blanch and remove the blood, then wash clean.

Blanched pig trotters are placed in a pot, then add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, and garlic, and add an appropriate amount of water to simmer for about 1 hour.
