Salt and Pepper Corn Kernels

Sweet corn kernels are coated in seasoned flour, fried until golden, and finished with fragrant salt-and-pepper mix. Each spoonful crackles with crisp edges and bursts of juicy corn, a street-snack favorite that vanishes instantly.

    Cut the fresh corn into two sections, then cut each section in half, remove the corn kernels, wash them, and put them into a bowl.

    Put water in a pot and bring it to a boil, add the corn kernels, boil for 2 minutes, then remove and drain the water for later use.
