Stir-fried Sliced Meat with Eggplant and Green Peppers First Release

Salt softened eggplant and long beans are braised briefly with green pepper, then folded into velvety marinated pork slices. Tender vegetables soak up the savory sauce in this everyday, homestyle wok favorite.

    Slice the tenderloin thinly, add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, and a mixture of water and starch, and mix well to marinate for 10 minutes.
