
Rich and flavorful beef chunks
Beef rib fingers are simmered, mixed with three soy sauces, then pressure cooked thirty minutes with star anise, cassia and ginger. The result is deeply fragrant, melt in mouth beef chunks with rich, savory broth.

Wash the purchased pork ribs, soak repeatedly to remove the blood and change the water, then blanch in a pot while cold, adding spices, cinnamon, sections of green onion, and slices of ginger.

Cut the beef into appropriate pieces, mix the light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and braising soy sauce evenly, and pour it over the beef to mix thoroughly.
