Prepare the main ingredients: 150g minced pork shoulder, Chinese yam, an appropriate amount of carrot, cilantro, a few slices of ginger, and one egg white.

Peel and chop the carrots and Chinese yam, set aside.

Add 2 grams of salt, 2 grams of sugar, 1 gram of white pepper, one egg white, and a spoonful of cornstarch to the minced meat, and mix evenly.
