Dried tribute vegetables are rehydrated and blanched briefly with thin slices of tender beef, then tossed in a dressing of hot oil poured over garlic, barbecue spice, and chili powder with soy, vinegar, and oyster sauce. Crunchy, spicy, and tangy.

    Soak the dried honor vegetable in advance and set aside.
