
Stir-fried bamboo shoots with pork shoulder

Set the pork shoulder aside.

Soak the dried bamboo shoots in warm water overnight.

Julienne and set aside.

Julienne the ginger and set aside.

Heat the wok and add an appropriate amount of oil. Pour in the pork shoulder, add some salt and a little dark soy sauce, and stir-fry. Then add shredded ginger, stir-fry briefly, and continue to add bamboo shoots with Nam De seasoning. Stir-fry for a short while and it is ready.
