Exclusive Passion Fruit Ribs
Pork ribs are seared with ginger, glazed with soy and oyster sauce, then simmered with rock sugar for an hour. Fresh passion fruit stirred in at the end brings a tropical, tart-sweet perfume that brightens the sticky, caramelized sauce, an inventive twist on braised ribs.
