Braised Pork Belly with Chestnuts - Exclusive
Pork belly cubes are rendered until golden, glazed with soy and oyster sauce, and pressure-cooked briefly. Freshly boiled chestnuts join the pot, soaking up the savory sauce until sweet, starchy, and meltingly soft alongside the rich, tender pork. A classic autumn comfort.
