Braised Beef Ribs with Potatoes - Exclusive

Blanch in cold water to remove blood, then rinse clean.

Stir-fry garlic and ginger slices in the pot until fragrant.

Add an appropriate amount of oyster sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and salt.
