
Stir-fried Eggs with Garlic Sprout Stems
Garlic sprout stems are blanched briefly and shocked in cold water to keep their crunch, then stir-fried with beaten eggs and a splash of cooking wine. Lightly seasoned with salt and chicken powder, this simple stir-fry is fresh, fragrant, and perfect for breakfast or dinner.

Wash the garlic scapes and cut off both ends, then cut the garlic scapes into one-inch sections.
